mimailer operates a strict permission based marketing policy which is applicable to all mimailer clients. mimailer expects clients to comply to all laws relating to unsolicited "spam" email and therefore expressly forbids any client from sending unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk email. Abuse of this rule will result in the suspension or termination of the client's access to mimailer.
